Those may make her a natural rogue, but Fane's free lockpicks and ability to instantly be ignored by any enemy for several turns does the same, with my shadowblade Fane I never have to worry about lockpicks, and I have had him play dead to heal with poison, get him out of a dangerous situation since he is frequently among the first to get in the middle of the enemies, I like having him sneak up and triple backstab them before his turn even starts, or simply get him behind enemies many times, and then he can just run up behind them and stab them in the back, or let abilities cooldown then do that. I made a rogue with dual daggers for a comparison and he gets a special ability called Flurry which does major damage, but the con is it costs 3 action points. You won't get good weapons fir a rogue probably til the Kniles fight at level 4-5, and then you'll be doing a lot of damage suddenly. On my shadowblade custom character he wields a one-handed dagger and gets the special knockdown ability which costs only 1 action point. The Shadowblade is an incredibly powerful class that marries Rogue play with Witchcraft spellcasting for powerful damage output. You should have the talent The Pawn if you don't already, it makes the whole build so much easier. As said above, rupture tendons and chicken claw is required, as it's the best CC combo in the game, grab chameleon cloak as well so you can simply go invisible on the turns you've used adrenaline, have 2 ap and are stuck deep in enemy territory. You'll need enough memory for maybe 6-7 skills by the time you hit level 5. Your rogue isn't going to be taking hits well regardless, so Con is a bit of a waste. the key is to remember that 100 of your damage is from standing behind the enemy swinging your daggers. I play 2 man Lone Wolf with ShadowBlade starts all they time. Shadowblade is only a set of starting stats. There is no such thing as a build in this game. 'A marksman with legendary knack for self-perservation.' Talents Arrow Recovery: Gain a 33 chance to recover special arrows. The build is largely self-explanatory, but just a few things to keep in mind: Make sure to get Rupture Tendons as soon as its available, and use it in conjunction with Chicken Form. Originally posted by volx757:Sebille's flesh sacrifice and break the shackles make her a more natural rogue, but if you've already got Fane speced that way, my advice in the early game is to just stack finesse and dual wielding.
